Temple Group Launches State Coordinators Training Program with Focus on Excellence and Growth

Prince Segun Obayendo, the Group Managing Director of Temple Group Limited, delivered a significant message as he inaugurated the Training for Potential State Coordinators at the company’s National Headquarters today.

In his opening address, Prince Obayendo highlighted the purpose of this training, emphasizing that it is intended for prospective state coordinators. He made it clear that those who fail to demonstrate the qualities of capacity, strength, leadership, and diligence will not be chosen for this role. He encouraged the trainees to give their utmost and prove themselves worthy of the responsibility.

The driving force behind this 12-day training program which will also incorporate virtual participation, stemmed from feedback received from existing state coordinators. Their concerns regarding the lack of comprehensive training before assuming their roles, which in some instances resulted in subpar performance, were instrumental in shaping this program.

Prince Obayendo expressed his enthusiasm that this training will equip the company with a cadre of individuals who can effectively represent them in all 36 states. These participants will receive a comprehensive understanding of their job descriptions, empowering the company to provide them with the necessary support.

In closing, he urged the trainees to expand their horizons beyond vehicle inspection, emphasizing the company’s determination to thrive.

Notable figures present at the training included Mr. Femi Aderemi, Managing Director of Westpoint, Mrs. Ifeoma George-Oji, Managing Director of Temple SYC Inspection Limited, Mrs. Chinwe Uwaegbute, Managing Director of Drivers Testing and Resources Limited, Corp Commander Samule Adepoju (Retired), Executive Director of SYC Technologies, and Mr. Ayodele Adeniran, Coordinator of MVAA. All of them extended their best wishes to the trainees.

The opening program was hosted by SSO Cecilia Bongard, the Human Resources Officer, National Headquarters.
